There’s a level of emptiness that will never be filled without God present.
I pursued many dangerous diversions seeking comfort and peace apart from God, and it never came.
I wanna dispel the notion that sin is fun for a season. That’s a lie from the enemy. It wasn’t fun.
What’s fun is the clarity and life-changing peace I have every morning after I pursue the Four Fundamentals:
- Pray
- Read
- Write
- Worship
Then I am receptive, listening as the Holy Spirit guides me through my day, and I can hear Him so clearly.
So are the plans in the mind of a man, but it’s the purpose of the Lord that will stand. Proverbs 19:21
